Admission

The institution is affiliated to State Council of Education, Research and Training (SCERT), Lucknow.

To qualify for admission in D.El.Ed. programme , this is mandatory for aspiring candidates to have a graduation degree with 50% marks from a recognized University  and he or she must have a domicile of Uttar Pradesh. Government rules passed from time to time apply for relaxation and reservation for qualifying students.

This is a two year regular non-residential course which comprises four semesters.

Secretary, Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari, Uttar Pradesh every year publishes advertisement in major newspapers to invite e-applications from candidates aspiring for admission in D.El.Ed. course. Candidate can register their candidature online on website www.upbadiceduboard.gov.in following norms as prescribed by the board.

100 Students (2 units) for Males and Females.

The fee for the course is ₹41000 /- per student.

The Government has decided minimum qualifying age as 18 years and maximum qualifying ages as 35 years for admission in D.El.Ed. programme. Relaxation of 5 years (in respect of maximum qualifying age) is allowed for candidates falling in ‘scheduled caste’, ‘scheduled tribes’ and ‘other backward class’ categories.
